Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unused items in their original signature packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are fully covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our boutique receives and inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
